havnr exists for people working through something deeply personal. That means privacy is not a legal checkbox for us — it is the product. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, what we will never collect, and how we handle it.
Who we are
havnr is operated by Havnr LTDA, a company registered in Brazil. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@havnr.app.
What we collect on this website
- Waitlist email. If you join the early-access list, we store the email you give us, and — if you took the quiz — your quiz level and score, so we can tailor your first experience. Nothing else.
- No tracking cookies. This site does not use advertising trackers, cross-site cookies, or fingerprinting.
What we will collect in the app (at launch)
- Account data you provide (email, chosen recovery settings).
- Your recovery activity inside the app (check-ins, streaks, journal entries) — encrypted, and visible only to you.
- Anonymous community posts, which are never linked to your real identity publicly.
What we will never do
- We never sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
- We never show your real name or photo in the community — the Tribe is anonymous by design.
- We never use the content of your journal or conversations for advertising.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it entirely at any time by emailing privacy@havnr.app. Deletion is permanent and processed within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (EU), or CCPA (California) — we honor them all.
Data security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the minimum necessary, and we review access controls regularly.
Age requirement
havnr is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we will notify waitlist members and users by email before the change takes effect.
